At Boulder Bars, we strive to deliver quality products and a great customer experience. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights regarding returns and refunds.

Cancellations

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the goods. To cancel, please inform us via email at boulderbars25@gmail.com. No reason for cancellation is required.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

• The item must have been purchased within the last 30 days.

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

We do not accept returns for:

• Items made to your specifications or personalised.

• Perishable goods or items past their expiration date.

• Opened items unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

• Items inseparably mixed with other products after delivery.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions at our discretion.

Return Process

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning items to us. Please use a trackable and insured mailing service. We cannot issue refunds without proof of return or receipt of the returned item.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase. No additional fees will apply.

Gifts

If marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the item’s value upon return. A gift certificate will be sent to you once we receive the returned item. If the item was not purchased as a gift, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser.
