I'm Caroline, the creator of Boulder Bars and an avid outdoor enthusiast. As a Scout Leader, my love for hiking often takes me on adventures, including a memorable day hike in the picturesque Gold Coast hinterland. It was during this hike, while munching on my third granola bar of the day, that I began to crave a savory snack. My sweet tooth was starting to rebel, and I thought, "Wouldn't it be great to switch up the sweet snacks for something savory?" This moment of inspiration led me on a journey to create a savoury bar snack that was not only delicious and high in protein but also suitable for everyone, regardless of dietary preferences or restrictions.

After countless attempts to craft the perfect bar that held together, tasted great, and was packed with protein, Boulder Bars was born in 2025. Our mission is to provide a savoury snack that everyone can enjoy, whether you're hiking in the great outdoors, hitting the gym, or simply leading a busy life.
